Ultra-low voltage and high current DC electronic load is a high reliability and high performance electronic load product developed based on FT conventional electronic load for low voltage and high current test scenarios such as fuel cell test and CPU power supply test. For different current levels, this product includes three series: NZ, N+, N. Its voltage is 0 ~ 10V, 20V or 40V, of which NZ series can be 0V full current with load, N+ and N series are ultra-low voltage full current with load. Carrying capacity up to 0V@960A, 0.2V@1200A, 0.3V@1500A. This series of products with high precision, high cost performance, is a good choice for your test.

Ultra low voltage full current load :
Ultra-low voltage high-current DC electronic load has ultra-low internal resistance characteristics, the minimum internal resistance < 0.2mΩ. FT6430N+ can achieve 1050A current pull load at 0.2V input, and the power is only 3kW. Compared with the ordinary electronic load, the power is only 1/18 under the same low voltage load condition. Smaller test power can provide larger test current, which can greatly reduce test cost in fuel cell membrane electrode, monolithic cell and short stack test.

Static Function :
The FT6200A series electronic load has four test modes: constant current, constant voltage, constant resistance and constant power, which can meet comprehensive test requirements.

Sequence test
The electronic load provides sequence test feature. The user can edit a load test sequence to simulate various changes of the load input, which is suitable for various complex load tests.

Battery capacity test
The electronic load provides battery capacity test function, it uses the constant current (CC) mode for battery discharging process. During the process, the load will automatically records the voltage, current, time and AH.
